We enjoy working with each couple to create a personal, unique menu that will fit perfectly into the vison that they have for their wedding day. We offer a wide array of customized wedding packages that include personalized menus, professional staffing, and select rentals to complete the experience. Wedding Catering Serving Styles
Food Station(s): The most popular. Good for larger receptions and encourages mingling. Can be either casual or formal, depending on menu and staff attire/service.
Family Style Service: Guests are seated and our staff presents larger, family style platters where guest can serve themselves. Creates conversation and provides a warm, intimate experience.
Plated Service: The most formal. Guests are seated and served by our personable staff. A salad or soup course to start, followed by the main. Guests can either have a choice of entrée, or two that can be served as a duo, a starch, and a vegetable. This allows conversation and mimics the service you would receive in a fine restaurant.
Tapas or Small Bites Reception: The full meal is replaced with a variety of appetizers/small bites that are passed to guests by our servers throughout the reception. A nice alternative to sit down dinners with unique, fun presentations. Good for a cocktail receptions and shorter events.
Wedding Catering Consultation Process
First step would be to submit an inquiry. Just hit the Contact Button and fill in the fields. Try to give us as many details as you can!
We will then schedule a consultation either in person, online or by phone, whichever is preferred!
A customized proposal will follow for you to review. We can then schedule the menu preview & tasting appointment.
Final details will be discussed 2 weeks prior to the wedding and then Wedding Day Fulfillment!
Wedding Catering Financing Available
We now offer financing on all of our wedding catering packages. This allows couples to make smaller monthly payments instead of two larger lump sums. More information available upon request.
